All cancellations & refunds will be processed as per the below policy. If for any reason you wish to amend or cancel your order you can do us an email on email@example.com. Please give 72 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date. We regret that you may not be able to cancel or amend an order for:
- Perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or
- Customised goods if, at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.
- Orders during peak events which can be processed four days prior to dispatch.
- Please note that, once order has been “assigned to production unit order cannot be cancelled”
